The Museum is closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

Celebrate the birth of our nation with iconic works of American art at the Whitney. On Saturday, July 4th, 2009, in honor of Independence Day, the museum will offer all visitors* reduced admission for only $4.00.
*As always, admission is FREE for members, children ages 11 and under, and New York City public high school students.
