    Harlem Samba!

Teen Leaders hosted a spectacular Teen Night on July 28. Taking inspiration from the Whitney’s current exhibition, Hélio Oiticica: To Organize DeliriumSummer Delirium featured DIY outfit-making, an exhibition-based scavenger hunt, raffle prizes, carnival-inspired Brazilian samba music, and more!

Dyeemah Simmons, Coordinator of Teen Programs, commented: “Teen Night was incredibly interactive and fun, and we saw more teens exploring the exhibition than we usually do, which is very exciting! It was also special to have Harlem Samba, because they are a group of talented teens who got to perform for their peers.”
