Join artist Guadalupe Maravilla for a special mask-making project! Inspired by Maravilla’s use of sculptural disguises in many of his performances and videos, teens will get to make their own masks using symbols and materials that represent histories important to them.
Maravilla will be present at the Open Studio to work with teens and answer questions about his practice. Maravilla's work is included in the exhibition Pacha, Llaqta, Wasichay: Indigenous Space, Modern Architecture. Refreshments and art materials provided.
Free for teens. No RSVP required; upon entering the Museum, pick up a ticket in the lobby. Program will take place on Floor 3.
The Museum building is accessible and has elevator access to all floors. Service animals are welcome. Learn more about access services and amenities.
