Verbal Description and Touch Tour and Ceramics Workshop: Making Knowing: Craft in Art, 1950–2019

Verbal description and touch tours provide an opportunity for visitors who are blind or have low vision and their companions to experience the richness and diversity of twentieth and twenty-first century American art through vivid description and tactile opportunities. This month’s tour of Making Knowing: Craft in Art, 1950–2019 will be truncated, running thirty minutes, and will be followed by a ceramics workshop in the Whitney’s Laurie M. Tisch Education Center.
